You need to provide a Czech or Slovak address (country) and a valid mobile phone to be able to register a MojeID account.

 
To your email and phone will be sent codes PIN1 and PIN2, which you will need for activation of your mojeID account. The email will also contain a link to an activating form. To your address will be also sent PIN3 code, that will be needed to complete an activation of your mojeID account.
